TESTIMONY
Praise God! My name is Esther Ssali. I thank God for His faithfulness throughout my time as a single mother.
Years ago, the father of my children disappeared and left us with nothing. He left me and my children—Sam, Alia, and my daughter Immy—in a rented house. I suffered greatly as I struggled to find the money to educate them. We went through a season of testing where we lacked food and could not afford school fees; everything was so hard.
When it seemed like things were failing completely, I planned to go abroad for work. I signed a five-year contract. I thank God, who gave me favor even there; I was able to preach the Gospel in the desert, and the Lord taught me how to read the Bible deeply.
I am so grateful to God that I have now returned to Uganda. My children have successfully completed their studies. I have even been able to build a house for them! My children and I are doing very well. I am no longer the struggling single mother whom people used to laugh at in the rentals.
The Lord is gracious, and He has done great things for me.
