My name is Rev. Adrien Koïba, and I am a Guinean by nationality. I am 56 years old and married with six children. Before I accepted Christ, I was an idol worshipper, living in fornication, and focused on becoming a warrior. However, on February 12, 1991, my life took a dramatic turn.
I was present in our village when an evangelist named John was preaching the Gospel. During his sermon, he spoke about the love of God, citing John 3:16: "For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life."
I asked him if an idol worshipper like myself could also be saved, and he replied, "Yes!" His response to my question led me to accept Jesus that day.
After my conversion, I joined the church choir, as singing is a natural talent in my family. I began to experience a positive change in my life, and in 1995, I decided to take the baptism course and was baptized the same year. Following my baptism, I felt called to fully serve the Lord.
I attended Kalima Mission Bible School, followed by the Timothy Initiative (TTI). I also received training at Evangel Theological Institution and Campaign Crusade. These experiences have shaped my spiritual journey and prepared me for my current role as a minister.
